A wasiat allows the testator to record how their assets should be distributed after death, alongside distribution under Faraid.
Without a wasiat, appointing an executor and managing the estate can become complicated, time-consuming and costly.
Can I appoint SmartWriter as a witness?
Yes, you can appoint us as a witness.
However, WasiatKu reserves the right to charge up to a maximum of RM100 per witness for each wasiat processed.
Do you need a lawyer to prepare a wasiat?
In Malaysia, the law does not require a wasiat to be prepared by a lawyer.
